Short version: I go to pick up photos, Joe Martinez and Kay Huneke tell me my photos are professionally done, and I'm a liar if I try to tell them that my boyfriend and I did them with photoshop. They refuse to hand them over. I don't appreciate being called a liar by a couple of punk kids on a power trip, so I get angry. I throw down the photos and storm out while they laugh hysterically and call out "Have a nice day!" and "Come back and see us!"
Next day, I call corporate. Later get a call from store manager who says he'll sit down with them, but if I got angry and irate, then that pretty much justifies anything they did or said. He spent the whole conversation making excuses for them. I think they should be fired! This is the Walgreens on Frankford and Midway in Dallas, Texas.
